




Jewel Daniels is president of Daniels Communications Group, a progressive Georgia-based corporate training firm that provides customized training programs corporations, non-profit agencies and government entities.
Daniels has cultivated a career that includes several successful endeavors to include heading several professional and entrepreneurial properties to include The Tenacious Woman Conference and the Black Business Professionals and Entrepreneurs, a global network of practicing professionals and business owners. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Daniels has teamed-up on projects with top corporations that include AOL, Time Warner, Bronner Brothers, Black Entertainment Television, Clear Channel, Comcast Communications, Morris Communication, the City of Savannah and Wal-Mart.

She began her career in Virginia as an advertising executive and later returned to her roots in New York where she handled the multimillion account of Cruise Lines International Association. She then set her sights on studying international relations and political science as the first Black graduate student at South Korea's prestigious Yonsei University. Becoming fluent in the Hangui language, Daniels taught English to Korean soldiers and coordinated with the military's public affairs office. After two years, she returned to the United States, moving to Hinesville, GA, where she took a position as journalist with the Morris Newspaper Corporation and Morris Communications.

She is highly committed to serving her community and helping further the opportunities for women and African American professioanls. She held the post as the youngest woman chair of the Georgia Summit of African-american Business Organizations, a statewide agency of Black business associations. She serves on the board at the Coastal Center for Developmental Services, Savannah-ASTD and is a member of Savannah-SHRM as well as the Savannah Small Business Chamber, the Atlanta Business League and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Daniels is an honor's graduate of Hampton University having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media Communications and Public Relations. She is also a graduate of New York University's Public Relations Institute. She is an Adjunct Instructor at Savannah Technical College and a Stephen Minister and leader in her church.
